1. Make short posts
It is better to make posts which captivate by attractive title and are no longer than 250 characters. The point is that there are tons of information shared on Facebook and many users prefer learning the most crucial points of the message at once not to spend much time on reading long and too general posts. Short publications are more engaging and call interaction which is particularly your purpose. They generate more comments, likes and even reposting than posts that are more than 250 characters long.
2. Add multimedia and quotes.
Social media gives a lot of opportunities to share live and catchy content which includes videos, photos and other interesting information. First, it appears more informative. Secondly, such posts attract more attention of users because they are more vivid than just a simple text messages. According to research posts with pictures or videos may generate up to 100-180% more interaction. You can also include quotes in your publications as users like to stick to some smart statements, you know.
3. Be consistent.
You must share some relevant posts on a regular basis as updating your brand page once or twice in a month won’t do. It doesn’t mean that you need to make posts every hour. One publication a day will be quite enough to keep your page fresh and your fans interested. When you make a post don’t think only about promotion, try to involve educational and even entertaining approach – users like it. Let your posts be informational and useful and publish them every day for better result.
4. Ask users’ opinion.
You must not be shy to ask your fans about quality and presentation of your products and services. The more opinion you get to know the more improvements you can make in order to make your services better. You can ask questions directly in private messages or use polls to learn more about users’ opinion.
5. Use Facebook Questions App
Facebook allows you using a special Facebook app for asking questions. This is very easy and effective. You will simply learn how to improve your business, engage customers to interact, vote and comment with one click.
6. Practice posts with blanks.
One of the simplest ways to engage your brand page subscribers is to ask them finish the statement you began. This is something like filling a blank, and it attracts very much. Why? Because users may express their own opinion and point of view and it really engages.
7. Publish exclusive news.
You can be the first to post some exclusive information on Facebook. Moreover, you can create videos and other content on your own allowing your fans to check it out. This way you will share information which is really unique, and if it will be very useful you will benefit twice.
8. Reward your fans.
Your brand page may be used as a place where you not only promote but distribute special offers, such as coupons, discounts or links. If you can afford it, reward without hesitation.
Publishing content on Facebook you can also focus on one particular geo location. It may become an effective tool for companies which create products for some particular country or region. If your brand is one of such companies don’t forget to use this option. But the main thing you need to remember always – when you publish posts on your brand Facebook page you must address it to users and don’t concentrate on promotion and sales only.

All of these tips are fundamental but useless if you don’t give better details on how to upload the templates. The guidelines, here: http://fanfbmltemplates.com/how-to-use-facebook-templates
don’t explain in detail what to do in step #9. Where & how do I upload the template? What format? What server? Where’s the server? It suggest that I can use “Facebook hosting.” But, it doesn’t supply a link, and doesn’t offer any further guidelines.
And for the template, I ordered photographer template “123″ and there’s no instructions on how to populate, customize or upload. I’ve been at it for several hours scanning over your website trying to find support. None…..
More than a bit annoyed that you haven’t supplied a forum or instructions of any kind on how to get this up and running. Are you assuming that this is something everyone should already know?
